Group Runs Continue

For all those who want to continue the Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday runs we will start back up tomorrow. This week we won't do any hill or speed workouts but just 4 to 5 mile runs on both days. If I'm not there someone from the group take charge and say go. We will continue to start at 5:30 from the shelter at the park. Four+ mile courses are from the shelter to the YMCA and back or from the shelter to the Fit Club and back. Our Saturday long runs will start from either Cafe Moxo or Panera Bread West and I will post the route.

Oh, bring your own water. I'm not a morning person so I'm not putting water out for anyone, sorry! Just slap a water belt on or carry a water bottle if you want.

Good run everyone. Wasn't it amazing how fast Pam ran!!!! She was so fast I never saw her. Now that the LM and Illinois marathons are over I'll get back to posting Tues. Thurs. Sat. runs. As a heads up will will do some hill training this Tues.

You just get done with your run Russ? lol. I was tired this morning and couldn't get up! I always say, if I'm not there by the start of a run, just leave without me because I'm sleeping in bed, lol
